The Spring Lake Township Planning Commission has approved our final site plan for our brand new community ‘Sanctuary at St. Lazare’ that will be located in Spring Lake. Our plan is to develop 32 lots, seven of which will be on the waterfront on the west shore of Spring Lake, on 23 acres of land.
Our goal for this community is to keep it as natural as possible. With numerous hills on this plot of land, we aim to minimize grade changes as much as possible by strategically placing the homes as well as the streetscape. In an added effort to preserve the natural look and feel of the land, we are taking the necessary measures to keep as many trees as possible. This means that during construction we will build around the trees whenever possible. There is also a strict rule in the homeowners association bylaws that prohibits residents from cutting down trees.
