AT NEW SINGLE-FAMILY, WATERFRONT COMMUNITY
SPRING LAKE, MI – David C. Bos Homes, West Michigan’s premier custom home builder, announces the commencement of sales for The Sanctuary at St. Lazare, a new single-family, waterfront community located on Spring Lake. Construction of new homes will begin Spring of 2015.
The 23-acre property, located on the western shore of Spring Lake, has 32 building sites available with over 700 feet of waterfront exposure. Design of the Community is being completed in a manner that intentionally protects the integrity of the land. An existing groomed nature trail that runs along the ravines will remain in place. Sidewalks will follow the streetscape throughout the Community.
