Bos Homes quality craftsmanship has been a foundation of our business for over 3 decades.  Because exceeding our clients expectations is one of our #1 goals, we have an award winning Quality Assurance Team on staff to continue to offer our clients exceptional care and service even after they move into their new home.

If you are a new homeowner please fill out the online 60-day post move-in form and our Quality Assurance Team will insure all of your service and adjustment needs are taken care of promptly so you can continue to enjoy your brand new David C. Bos Home!

If you are a current homeowner and need non-emergency service work done please complete the online service request form. A Quality Assurance Team member will email or call you within 24 hours to acknowledge receipt of your e-mail. You will be contacted within 3 days to discuss your request, and schedule an appointment.

Please do not submit emergency requests on a service request form. All emergency requests must be communicated by phone to ensure the most accurate and efficient exchange of information.
